00:58For example, by bombing the settlements where the PKKs are located and by taking into account the harm of civilians.

01:08The Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs said that there will be no protection priority for civilian institutions where terrorists are hiding.

01:25Is there a double standard here?

01:29Will Germany take a step back in the future to criticize Turkey?

01:37Or what kind of path will it follow?

01:40It is useful for me to say this clearly and clearly.

01:44It is known that around 4 million refugees came to us from Syria at the first stage.

01:58And now around 3.5 million Syrian refugees are in our country.

02:10And during this Mr. Merkel period, we worked on this process by meeting them together and providing all kinds of support for them.

02:25And as of now, our door to the refugees coming to our country from Syria has always been open to them.

02:36Especially in such a war period, if there are those who can come to Turkey from there, there is Lebanon among them.

02:48If there are those who come to our country from Lebanon, we have also kept our door open to them.

02:56Especially right now, there are serious Turkmens in Lebanon.

03:47And again, I would like to thank you for your cooperation on the issue of migration.

03:54But I would like to say this about the return of prisoners of war.

04:04We carried out a return flight to Afghanistan on this issue.

04:10And we would like to carry it out to Syria as well.

04:13Because prisoners of war should be sent back.

04:16This is necessary for both the German society and other societies.

04:20Prisoners of war should be sent back to a society that wants protection.

04:28Of course, these measures are not easy.

04:30For this reason, we have many partners for cooperation.

04:33And for this reason, we are pleased with the cooperation opportunities.

04:38We have cooperation with many countries.

04:41I would like to say this about the second question.

04:46Israel has to comply with international law for its right to defend itself.

04:56Germany's foreign policy has been like this for many years.

05:00We have always made efforts for humanitarian aid to Gaza.

05:07But this was not enough.

05:09Now, we are in a situation where we have to make efforts for a bilateral state solution,

05:16ceasefire and release of prisoners of war.

05:27But Germany does not stand behind the claims that there is genocide.

05:42Of course, there is pain.

05:49When innocent children and innocent civilians die,

05:54we share their pain.

06:02Of course, we are saddened by the victims of war.

06:09But there is a legal attitude here.

06:13And Germany's legal attitude is evident here.
