San Beda survives Perpetual behind Andrada's scoring  San Beda University survives a late fourth quarter run by the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA to log a 57-53 win in the second round of the NCAA 100 men’s basketball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City on Oct. 18, 2024. 00:00It's our defense, especially in the second quarter.

00:05I think we limited them to seven points.

00:07And that's what fueled our offense.

00:11That's what got TOP open.

00:13From stops, getting those transition baskets was easier.

00:17Especially against this good defensive team.

00:20It was a perfect one.

00:22Once you stood back there in the defense,

00:26it was really easy against Perth.

00:28But now we saw back and forth.

00:33So maybe one click on the defensive side

00:36in trying to contain their key guys.

00:38Maybe just being aggressive.

00:40And being able to contain individually,

00:42especially Paganan and Gokos.

00:45Also, one thing that I gave emphasis on

00:49was battling for every possession.

00:51And I think during the fourth quarter,

00:53although we were making stops,

00:55there were six offensive rebounds

00:57that gave them 12 second chance points.

01:00It's a shame.

01:01So we really have to finish our defensive play

01:04with getting rebounds.
