00:27had a meeting and that's when we found the news that Jonas was leaving and it was very sad and emotional in his departure.

00:36But with that, Rene stepped up right away and with our leadership group we had a meeting and

00:42our leaders, Kim especially, just kind of said that we really need to lean in on each other and also

00:49know that we have a lot of accountability and responsibility

00:52and what we can do better with the past performances that we've had.
