00:16Professor Antonio Contreras said

00:19that many were surprised by the President's courage

00:23after he told the ASEAN leaders one by one

00:27what China is doing to harass the Philippine ships in the West Philippine Sea.

00:33Gaitly Contreras said that the President's actions

00:36are the backbone of diplomacy in our country.

00:41This is a big blow to the critics of the President

00:45who say that the executive branch is weak as a leader.

00:49In the summit, President Marcos spoke

00:52to the leaders of other countries who helped to have a code of conduct in the West Philippine Sea

00:58because China's behavior is not changing.
