00:00I make more than 1,000 bowls of Andong-style noodles every day.

00:06It's my first time making it in a place like this.

00:11So I was a little nervous.

00:31This is Andong-style noodles made with green vegetables in season.

00:43There's something missing when you eat noodles.

00:46So I made it with gijang rice.

00:52And I added cabbage pancakes and fresh kimchi.

01:18When I was young, I lived a very wealthy life.

01:21But my father's sudden failure to open a shop made the family's fortune difficult.

01:27Because of that shock, my father suffered from cerebral hemorrhage and became half-dead.

01:33Instead, my mother opened a noodle shop in a corner of the market to raise us.

01:42I hated noodles when I was in school.

01:45I think it's because of the image of poverty.

01:52Then my mother suddenly had diabetes.

01:56So I had to learn how to make noodles with both eyes.

02:01I couldn't help it because my mother was having a hard time.

02:04After I got married, I had a baby.

02:09I bought a dump truck and expanded it.

02:14Thanks to that, I was able to support my parents.

02:19I bought my son and daughter what they wanted.

02:22That's how I survived.

02:24I opened a noodle shop.

02:26The noodles that I didn't want to eat became the greatest grace for me.

02:31This noodle is a miracle and a fate for me.

02:37Because of this, my family can eat and live happily.

02:41I thought it was a grateful food.

02:45So I chose this as my life dish.
