One of the most exciting and underrated cricket upsets happened in the 4th match of the 2007 WT20. Australia had posted an average total of 138, everyone thought Australia would defend it because when you have Brett Lee, Mitchell Johnson and Nathan Bracken in one team, even the average total seems tough. Zimbabwe started well but they kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Throughout the chase, I was on the edge of my seat, Zimbabwe would score some runs and then suddenly lose a wicket. The scoreboard reached 127-5 after 19 overs, the game could still go either way. 12 were required off the last over and Nathan Bracken was handed the ball. Brendan Taylor played a cheeky sweep and got a four off the first ball; the next three balls went for four runs, making the equation 4 off 2. Bracken’s 2nd last ball proved fatal for Australia as it went for four leg-byes, and Zimbabwe snatched victory from Australia’s jaws. #cricket #cricketlover #cricketshorts #euphoriacricket
