We head down to Lebowski’s in Finnieston to try a Jalisgow cheesecake, one of their specialty White Russians which uses a coffee tequila.

00:00Hiya, this is a Jalisco cheesecake white Russian with Jalisco coffee tequila.
00:06We've got 50ml of the coffee tequila.
00:1325ml of Baileys, which isn't vegan but we can make one with panther milk instead.
00:19And then we've got a 50-50 which is milk and double cream.
00:30And then some squeeze cream on top, which again we have a vegan replacement for.
00:52A little sprinkling of chocolate powder, caramel sauce and a slice of cheesecake.
01:12And that is the Jalisco cheesecake white Russian.
