00:31On 7th August 1999,

00:35on the eve of Chatto Samaj,

00:37some ordinary people,

00:39including some BJP members,

00:41made a derogatory comment

00:43against a woman,

00:45Abhishek Bandopadhyay,

00:47who is not a member of our party.

00:49We applauded that comment

00:51and said that

00:53such comments should not be made.

00:55I, as a person,

00:57wish for a bright future for Abhishek Bandopadhyay's daughter.

01:02the woman who commented

01:04against Abhishek Bandopadhyay,

01:06and the people around her,

01:08were arrested

01:10and brought to the police station.

01:14brutally tortured them

01:16and put them in jail.

01:24We, Mahamanna High Court,

01:26have submitted a written petition.

01:30we were questioned by

01:32Landed Council Subir Sharnal,

01:34Arijit Gokshi,

01:36and Shagrik Rai Chowdhury,

01:38and other members of the state government.

01:40In that petition,

01:42Mahamanna High Court,

01:44Rajashree Bharadwaj,

01:46gave an order

01:48that Bhaipur and Bhaipur police

01:50should be punished.

01:52This is a historical judgment.

01:54Historical judgment means

01:56that

01:58in this case,

02:00Bhaipur police and

02:02Diamond Harbour police

02:04have been questioned by CBI.

02:06CBI will investigate

02:08and have given

02:10several observations.

02:12In the 19th paragraph,

02:14there is no coercive action

02:16against the petitioners.

02:18Our two women,

02:20Rama and Rebecca,

02:22who were arrested in police custody,

02:24were unjustly tortured.

02:26No coercive action will be taken against them.

02:30the CBI

02:32is instructed

02:34to identify the police officers

02:36involved

02:38and undertake the appropriate

02:40legal proceedings against those

02:42responsible for such acts

02:44in accordance with the law.

02:46The code states that

02:48all the police officers

02:50who were involved

02:52in the torture

02:54should be identified

02:56by CBI

02:58and subjected to

03:00appropriate legal proceedings.

03:02This is an order

03:04from Bhaipur and Bhaipur police.

03:06I would like to tell

03:08all the police officers

03:10in West Bengal to read this petition

03:12carefully.

03:14Even after this,

03:16if any police officer is arrested

03:18for any political reason,

03:20we will take him to jail

03:22if he is found guilty

03:24in police custody.

03:26The CBI will investigate

03:28and no one will be able

03:30to save the police officers

03:32who were tortured

03:34by Bhaipur police.

03:36Go to the division bench

03:38or the Supreme Court

03:40and we will make a caveat.

03:42We will fight in the Supreme Court

03:44but no one will be able

03:46to save you.

03:48I would like to warn the police officers

03:50not to dance to the tunes

03:52of Bhaipur and Dheerpishi Mani.

03:58and the government has started

04:51We know that the doctors have a power of persuasion.

04:54This power of persuasion is diverting the movement.

04:57Those who say no vote to BJP and keep Mamata in a chair, they are in this movement.

05:01The CGO has nothing to do with it.

05:03The FBI or CBI or any other organization does everything based on evidence.

05:11We are asking the doctors to remove the evidence.

05:14The evidence has been stolen.

05:16If the doctors can find the stolen evidence and bring it to the CGO,

05:19then it is a good thing.

05:20If the doctors can regenerate the stolen evidence and give it to the CGO complex,

05:28then I will consider this CGO movement as evidence.
