00:15The green color of Talisay City Hall was lit up.

00:19It was greeted by supporters of incumbent Talisay City Mayor

00:23Gerald Anthony Samsambgulyas Jr.

00:26for obtaining his COC.

00:29He was accompanied by his wife, Cebu 1st District Representative

00:33Congresswoman Rhea Gulyas,

00:35and his fellow party members.

00:40In the Comelec Provincial Office,

00:42the family and fellow party members of Cebu Governor

00:45Gwen Garcia are in full support.

00:46Garcia will try to get back into the Capitol

00:50for the third term.

00:52Garcia is the standard-bearer of One Cebu,

00:55the largest political party in the province.

00:58The administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

01:01is also in support of One Cebu.

01:26We chose from among the candidates

01:28running for President in 2022.

01:33We stood and decided to throw our full support

01:40behind the candidacy of Bongbong Marcos.

01:43The candidacy of Cebu City Acting Mayor

01:47Raymond Alvin Garcia

01:49is also official.

01:51He will run as Vice Mayor,

01:54the former chairman of Metro Cebu Water District,

01:57Atty. Jose Daluz.

01:59They also introduced their fellow party members

02:02under the Kusug Panaghiusa Koalisyon.

02:05This is also the first time

02:07that Harold, the current mayor of Barangay,

02:09will run as a councilor in the city.

02:13Currently, I'm the CEO of Harold C. Votel,

02:16and also my profession is an architect,

02:18and my advocacy for the city is really more into

02:21livelihood and infrastructure.

02:23And at the same time, I'm ready to serve the Filipino people,

02:26especially the Cebuanos,

02:28so that what I want to achieve is that

02:31each individual's voices would be heard.

02:37Literally, an aspirant ran to the deadline

02:41for the filing of the COC.

02:43He was so eager to eat the COC

02:47for the council of Cebu City North District.

02:50I'm really happy because

02:52I've seen so many platforms

02:55and I've seen that

02:57they're giving opportunities

03:00to everyone,

03:02equal opportunities for people

03:06to get a job.

03:08Now that the filing of the COC is over,

03:11the next step is to elect

03:14the people to be candidates.
