Hannah Smith, best known for competing on season 6 of "Love Island USA," has been arrested for going off the rails and threatening to kill a police officer ... TMZ has learned.

00:18Hannah, on September 30th,

00:20was at this concert venue in Atlanta.

00:22Apparently she was being disorderly and was kicked out.

00:25Apparently it was a cop who helped escort her out.

00:28The officer says when she tried to put Hannah in an Uber,

00:31Hannah tried to punch her.

00:32So the officer handcuffed Hannah

00:34and Hannah allegedly tried to kick her.

00:36So yeah, the officer arrests Hannah.

00:38And then on the way to the jail

00:40is when she made the threat.

00:41She threatened to kill the cop and her sister.

00:44She got two felonies, terroristic threats

00:46and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

00:48Terroristic threats seems a little bit much

00:49for that kind of outburst.
