visitor centre at Haywosland Park and ends in the Lower Plantations and takes place on

October 17th at 10.30am. The Teach Rex team are delighted to be in Wigan for the first

time. Teach Rex uses life-like dinosaurs to perform their one hour show, teaching children

about the anatomy and life of one of the most mesmerising creatures that have ever roamed

our planet. The show is teamed up with FX Music and gives children and their families

the chance to get up close and personal with these fantastic, realistic beasts. It takes

place at the Edge of Wigan on Saturday, October 19th at 10am and tickets are available online.

Oktoberfest is also taking place at the Forrester's Arm in Shevington on October 19th. Like, there

will be live music from the North West Singer, German beers and Bavarian style food available

and it begins at 12pm. And finally, the Leyland Band will be performing at the Pemberton

Band Room on October 20th. The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available by contact
