00:00Hello and welcome to what's aren't in Wigan this week. Find out more about the great Hay

00:07Soul built by Sir Roger Bradtay, the first baronet. Discover the fine properties of Hay's

00:14Callow Call, the Traces Call in England and learn about Sir Roger's upbringing, his role

00:19in the development of Hay Estate and his correspondence with Oliver Cromwell. The walk lasts for approximately

00:2690 minutes to 2 hours and includes pathways and uneven woodland ground. It starts at the

00:31visitor centre at Haywosland Park and ends in the Lower Plantations and takes place on

00:36October 17th at 10.30am. The Teach Rex team are delighted to be in Wigan for the first

00:43time. Teach Rex uses life-like dinosaurs to perform their one hour show, teaching children

00:48about the anatomy and life of one of the most mesmerising creatures that have ever roamed

00:53our planet. The show is teamed up with FX Music and gives children and their families

00:57the chance to get up close and personal with these fantastic, realistic beasts. It takes

01:02place at the Edge of Wigan on Saturday, October 19th at 10am and tickets are available online.

01:09Oktoberfest is also taking place at the Forrester's Arm in Shevington on October 19th. Like, there

01:15will be live music from the North West Singer, German beers and Bavarian style food available

01:19and it begins at 12pm. And finally, the Leyland Band will be performing at the Pemberton

01:25Band Room on October 20th. The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available by contact

01:31in Pemberton or DW bands.
