00:00You mean you really believe that's possible?
00:07Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the moments where anime villains went completely crazy.
00:21Number 10, Hisoka Gone Wild. Hunter x Hunter.
00:30Hisoka is creepy at the best of times. However, during the Hunter exam, the fight-obsessed
00:41villain works himself up to a fever pitch. After getting cheated out of a fight with
00:45Leorio and Kurapika, Hisoka spends an entire night exuding bloodlust while he apparently
00:51sleeps standing up. He's no better in the morning, as he sleepwalks in search of prey.
01:08When he finally finds someone, Hisoka loses all composure and charges his fellow Hunter
01:13hopeful with the most terrifying expression. It's only Gon's clever capture of Hisoka's
01:19badge – and killing his opponent – that gets him to calm down. And it's probably
01:23one of the only times that seeing Gon makes Hisoka less excited in the entire show.
01:34Number 9, Stellar Pilots – The Destroyed Gundam. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. Someone
01:40as unstable as this shouldn't own a firearm, much less a weapon of mass destruction. However,
01:54the geniuses behind Phantom Pain decided to put the much-traumatised Stellar in the cockpit
02:00of the Destroyed Gundam and set her loose in West Eurasia. Naturally, this does not
02:06help her mental state at all. Stellar's rampage levels multiple cities before she
02:11reaches Berlin. When she believes her comrade Neo has fallen, Stellar's already fragile
02:22grip comes completely undone. While Shin is able to bring Stellar back to herself, she
02:28tragically receives fatal wounds when the Destroy is, well, destroyed.
02:36Number 8, Azuraman's Anger Face – Kinnikuman Franchise. You know that expression, putting
02:43on your angry face? Well, Azuraman takes that saying and makes it pretty literal. The Devil
02:56Chojin has three faces which he can freely switch between – smiling, cold and angry.
03:09And whenever he puts on his angry visage, he becomes completely ruthless and brutal
03:14in a wrestling match. Whether he's punishing his opponents for displaying weakness, or
03:19busting out an Azura Buster or Tornado Hell to bring them low, you wouldn't like Azuraman
03:30when he's angry. He's got six arms, three faces and zero mercy.
03:36Number 7, Rion's Removal – Kengan Azura. Rion, a member of the Brutal Kure Clan, a
03:43family of assassins, loves to overwhelm and brutalise his opponents. Thankfully for him,
03:55his heritage gives him access to a method to make his fights decidedly one-sided. By
04:00using the removal technique, he's able to remove all limits on his muscular strength,
04:06taking on a terrifying appearance. While he uses this move in several fights, his battle
04:12with Mokichi Robinson is perhaps the most brutal. The black-eyed killer gives his opponent
04:17a vicious beatdown while in this berserker state, before seemingly snapping his neck.
04:30Even though Robinson survives, he'll probably have nightmares from the memories.
04:42Number 6, Mei Kragmon's Vicious Mode – Digimon Adventure Tri. Heroes can become villains
04:49if they're pushed far enough. Such is the case with Mei Kragmon. This Digimon is infected,
05:01or possibly the source of an infection, with a condition that causes her to go berserk.
05:06Brought on by her fears, Mei Kragmon enters a corrupted state and digivolves into Mei
05:13Kragmon, Vicious Mode. In her maniacal state, Mei Kragmon runs rampant against the digi-destined
05:19partner Digimon, infecting them as well, and threatening to infect all other Digimon. However,
05:32thankfully, on both occasions that this happens, Mei Kragmon is defeated by her fellow Digimon,
05:38and some help from her partner, Meiko. The digital world could really use a good therapist.
05:43Or maybe more antivirus software.
05:48Number 5, Delete – Death Note. The various villains who use the moniker Kira and kill
06:04people with the titular Death Note can be pretty flamboyant in executing their murders.
06:09However, even Light Yagami pales in comparison to his follower, Teru Mikami. The prosecutor
06:16turned Kira is fanatical in his devotion to both Light, whom he sees as a god, as well
06:22as his perception of justice. While writing in the Death Note, Mikami repeats the words
06:35Delete over and over as he removes criminals from life. The swelling music and Mikami's
06:42ecstasy over the act certainly makes this literary rampage a dramatic one.
06:49Number 4, Shigaraki Snaps – My Hero Academia. Given his obsession with destruction, Tomura
07:12Shigaraki's default mood isn't exactly stable. However, his battle against pro heroes
07:17and UA students at Jakku sees All for One's successor go as wild as his newly enhanced
07:23body allows him. After experiencing a brutal assault from the heroes, Shigaraki declares
07:35his convictions before making an equally vicious retaliation using only his physical strength,
07:42nearly killing Gran Torino. The heroes holding him down isn't enough to stop his savagery,
07:47since he bites Deku's arm and throws a quick, erasing dart at a race ahead. Even with his
07:52quirks suppressed and cornered by many foes, Shigaraki can't resist the urge to destroy.
08:02Maybe we'll see this same kind of savagery when the villain of My Hero Academia Your
08:07Next, Dark Might, is unleashed.
08:14Number 3, Garou Solos Heroes – One Punch Man. The self-proclaimed human monster, Garou
08:26makes it his business to hunt down every hero he encounters. When he's cornered by a group
08:32of lower-level heroes, he's initially cocky but soon finds himself on the back foot because
08:37of their teamwork. And yet, he still manages to turn things around, using their own weapons,
08:43enemy environments, and his martial arts skills to wreck them all. Even the arrival
08:53of his former teacher, Silver Fang, his brother, Bomb, and Genos isn't enough to keep him
08:58down or dull his rage. He may be a man, but Garou lives up to his monstrous moniker.
09:06Number 2, Gaara Feels Pain – Naruto. Given that he's been automatically protected by
09:20Sand his whole life, Gaara has very little experience with pain. The Sand Ninja gets
09:26only his second taste of it during his match with Sasuke in the Chunin Exams. After Gaara
09:32is injured by Sasuke's Chidori, making it through his Sand Shield, he flips out. Once
09:45he retreats to the forest, Gaara's mental state deteriorates even further. He assumes
09:51a partial transformation into the tailed beast sealed inside him, becoming more and more
09:57deranged as he overwhelms Sasuke. If not for Naruto arriving in the nick of time, Gaara
10:15would probably have killed his opponent, and denied Naruto his greatest rival.

10:32phone, make sure to go into your settings and switch on notifications.
10:36Number 1, Broly's Rampage – Dragon Ball Z Broly, The Legendary Super Saiyan. The original
10:43version of Broly may not be canon, but his rage is all too real. The reason for this
10:57is absolutely ridiculous. Baby Goku cried a lot. Seriously? And yet nobody's laughing
11:04once Broly unleashes his Legendary Super Saiyan form. Broly's power is so overwhelming that
11:09he thoroughly and repeatedly destroys practically every member of the Z-Fighters. The same time…
11:21Oh, and a planet. And his own father, for good measure. Of course, when you're built
11:26like a bulldozer, you can afford to act like one too. Broly's fury is such that his obsession
11:32with Kakarot makes even Vegeta's look tame by comparison.
