00:17You know, Audrey, the rain is not going to stop.

00:20For the supporters who are eagerly waiting outside TEN City to cheer their candidates,

00:26this is the 7th day of filing the Certificate of Candidacy for the 2025 National and Local Elections.

00:35Their candidacy for the Senate also included several prominent and well-known personalities in politics.

00:41Among them are the administration's candidates,

00:44appointed by CIS Representative Erwin Tulfo and re-electionist Senator Pia Cayetano.

00:50His COC also filed for the Senate the singer and lawyer Jimmy Bondoco,

00:55who is under the PDP Laban led by former President Rodrigo Duterte.

01:00One of the partylists that received the Certificate of Nomination and Acceptance, or CONA,

01:05is ACT Teacher's Partylist.

01:07For now, Audrey, there are 78 senators in Wannabe

01:10and 87 partylist groups have already submitted their candidacies

01:14from the first day of filing the COC until yesterday on the 6th day.

01:19Security is still tight inside and outside TEN City.

01:23Audrey, some of those who are expected to file their COC today for the Senate

01:28are former Senator Bam Aquino, former Senator Manny Pacquiao,

01:32and CDILG Secretary Ben Herrabalos,

01:34who is expected to pass his resignation today as Interior Secretary.
