00:00We do not educate and raise our girls well and wisely enough, so they are left feeling

00:08helpless, powerless and therefore insecure. When you are afraid within, then you become violent

00:14in many ways, explicit and implicit. Do not let all that happen to you. Life is too valuable to

00:20be wasted away in periods of emotional trauma and neurosis and fragmented mind. One part is saying

00:29family is important, the other one says career is important and all that is quite a lot of

00:35torture to handle. Do not let that happen. That is the reason why wisdom literature is essential

00:41and more important for women than for men, because they are the ones who stand to lose more,

00:47who are more often than not the targets of aggression. Therefore, they are the ones who

00:53must have more centered minds.
