A Donegal TD has claimed the budget has done nothing to address the ‘worst homelessness crisis in the history of the State’ and that the average price of a house has risen by 65 per cent since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

00:23time in the constituency office will know this, and house prices will only continue

00:28In Donegal, prices in the third quarter of 2024 were 12% higher than a year previously.

00:34The average price of a home in Donegal is now 65% above the level seen at the start

00:39of the COVID-19 pandemic.
