00:23and basketball are a little bit more connected than people think because there's a fluidity

00:27to both of them and I think when you have that fluidity, you're able to study the transitions

00:30of the game and how you navigate those and how you create your advantages and how you

00:34take away the advantages of the other team.

00:36So there's a lot you can learn from that.
