00:21is open from 4pm this Saturday, October 5th. Insomnia Cookies was founded in 2003 and has

00:35become a cult phenomenon in the US with more than 277 bakeries across North America. It's

00:41expanding in the UK with three bakeries already up and running in Manchester and this will

00:46be its first venue in Sheffield. As well as a range of cookies, the sweet treats on offer

00:54include the famous Cookie Witch, consisting of two scoops of ice cream sandwiched between

00:59freshly baked cookies, cookie shakes, cookie cakes, ice cream and brownies.
