00:00well done for making the dream of this amazing campus become a reality.
00:05This is the closing chapter in years of hard work and planning
00:09and it's the opening chapter for something that is hugely exciting
00:13for this town and this region. I've had the privilege to come up to
00:19this area a couple of times including I've been on this job as I think
00:23some of you know for nearly two years and my dedicated team here in Rhode
00:28has given me one day off. Yes, thank you, that was my reaction too.
00:36But on the only day off we had I was fortunate to
00:40take my wife and two little kids up to the region and visit the
00:46Causeway Coast. I don't need to remind you about the
00:50many things that you have here that are just
00:52extraordinary and this new campus is a wonderful
00:56addition to that beautiful landscape. It is a
00:59pleasure to see. Over the last 18 months I have had a good chance to immerse
01:04myself in Northern Ireland.
