01:38There is no money to build on that.

01:41And nowadays construction is so expensive, you know.

01:48I think a person gets worried about where his money will come from.

01:52We started this work a long time ago.

01:57I have just spoken from 1947, 75 years have passed.

02:09when I became the Prime Minister of Pakistan,
