00:00I had to find a way to get my health back.

00:12I felt that Western medicine had failed me.

00:15I had no choice but to figure it out on my own.

00:19We're in the midst of an accelerated collective unraveling.

00:23We have outgrown the paradigm that we were in.

00:26We are living in unprecedented times.

00:29We're seeing changes on levels that have never really been seen before.

00:33Modern medicine today, in my opinion, does not treat the whole individual.

00:38So they're constantly treating symptoms, but they're not looking at the root cause.

00:44Modern medicine is amazing at heroics.

00:46If you need a heart transplant, if you have something really wrong, that's the place to

00:51go.

00:52But if you want to prevent ever being there, then you need the alternatives.

00:55There are modalities that can improve health and healing in humans that address the other

01:00parts of our biological system.

01:02In order to really heal someone, you have to really look at the mind, the body, the

01:06emotions and bring it into a balance.

01:11When you fix something at the energetic level, the body naturally repairs itself.

01:19It wasn't until after sound and light therapy sessions that my severe cardiovascular stress

01:24was completely eliminated, along with chronic asthma and 23 years of migraine headaches.

01:32We have been conditioned out of who we really are.

01:36We have failed to trust our own instincts and innate nature.

01:42Our body is the greatest healer.

01:45If you don't listen to the whispers, you get the nudges.

01:49And if you don't listen to the nudges, you get the hammer.

01:53The sound, the music, the warmth, those things change your frequency pattern.

02:28To have non-invasive forms of medicine, to treat the soul.

02:37All we have to do is begin to access parts of our body that we have become engineered

02:45The way they teach that in physics is that you have a room full of grandfather clocks.

03:01We create a new world by creating a new world within ourselves.

03:07We will have to think differently.

03:09We need to shift into a new mindset.

03:11We are all one.

03:13We don't evolve alone.

03:15Love is that which unifies.

03:18The future is created out of the decisions that we're making right here and right now.

03:23There are many roads to healing and the more choices we have,

03:27the easier it is to manage our own well-being.
