00:00The run-after contribution evaders, or RAYs, of the S.S.S. are still continuing to not pay the contributions of their employees.

00:09The RAYs were made in the S.S.S. branch in Bicutan, Sun Valley, Paranaque City.

00:14Today, five employers were charged with a Notice of Violation.

00:20The S.S.S. sent the non-compliant employers to one in Paranaque City and four in Taguig.

00:28This is the 108th RAYs of the S.S.S. in NCR South.

00:33Because of this, they already exceeded the yearly quota of 2%.

00:39The employers will be given a 15-day grace period to compensate the S.S.S. for settling their contribution delinquencies.

00:50According to the S.S.S., this does not require a one-time payment.

00:57A regular installment program and condonation of penalties may be available.

01:02This can only be done through the S.S.S. branch and the relevant documents.

01:07Hopefully, as we go on with this operation, all employers will be regularly paying in time.
