00:00Catherine's done so much work with mental health charities anyway,

00:03she would have that sort of deeper understanding, in a way, I suppose,

00:07both of them, when they came with you.

00:08Absolutely. I think, you know, at the start, actually,

00:11my family were the hardest people to speak to,

00:14because I think they know, in my circumstance in particular,

00:17they knew me many ways better than I knew myself.

00:20And so to open up about to my family was a very challenging step.

00:25So I initially went into therapy,

00:27and at the right time, my family got involved,

00:30and I was very fortunate they did, because they did have to be patient.

00:33They had to sit on the sidelines and really watch and see me suffer.

00:36And it was very challenging for them to...

00:40Because all they wanted to do was help.

00:41Of course.

00:42And then when the timing was right,

00:44and I think timing was so important,

00:46that they came in and they understood,

00:47and they were able to understand, you know, a lot more than I actually thought.

00:51And I recognise the work that both Catherine and William have done
