00:14According to Bloomberg, the PMO also denied ordering the head of the SPRM, Azam Paki, so as not to investigate the stock purchase by former Anwar's loyal employee, Farhad Shufafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak.
00:28Bloomberg reported that Azam informed the SPRM staff that the order to investigate Mahathir and his children and Daim, former finance ministers, came from Anwar himself.
00:40Mahathir's sons, Mirzan and Mokhzani, previously denied being a subject of an SPRM investigation, saying they were only ordered to declare their assets as children to those suspected of committing crimes under Section 23 of the 2009 SPRM Act.
