00:00So today we're out here rallying for fair pay and better working conditions.
00:13It's really hard, so nurses are doing double shifts, they're working overtime without proper
00:18safe patient ratios and without decent pay.
00:21So people are finding it really hard to come to work every day knowing that we're getting
00:25paid less than any other state in the country.
00:28We believe that patient ratios is the safest and known to be safest method to provide the
00:34best patient care.
