00:43they did not join the transport strike because 99% of the drivers of their group were consolidated.

01:09because the two groups were trying to stop the government's PUV modernization program.

01:31Secretary Jaime Bautista argued that the PUV modernization program will continue in the country.

01:48It is also supported by many members of Congress and the Senate.

01:53That is why we in the Department of Transportation will do everything to implement it properly.

02:18We are happy that although we will defer the implementation,
