00:00Raids, arrests and remands linked to GIS beholding Sandirian Berhad continue across multiple states.

00:09In Shah Alam, 13 men and 16 women, aged 19 to 62, were remanded for 1 to 7 days following

00:16a Selangor police raid on business networks in Bandar Country Homes, Rawang, on Saturday.

00:23The individuals are to assist in investigations under the Child Act 2001, Printing Presses

00:28and Publications Act 1984 and Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007.

00:37In Malacca, the Syariah High Court granted 1,000 ringgit surety bonds to three sons of

00:43the late Al-Arqam founder, allegedly linked to GISB.

00:48The brothers, aged 35, 42 and 45, are assisting in an investigation under Section 63 of the

00:56Syariah Offences Enactment, Malacca 1991, for allegedly insulting Islam.

01:03The next court mention is scheduled for October 10.

01:07In Negeri Sembilan, a Madrasa chairman and principal tied to GISB were granted 2,000

01:13ringgit bail each.

01:15They are being investigated for operating without a permit and possibly reviving the

01:19deviant Awrad Muhammadiyah teachings, with the next hearing on November 12.

01:25The Negeri Sembilan Islamic Affairs Department recently sealed two unregistered Madrasa houses

01:30in Kuala Pila following sexual misconduct allegations, and four teaching assistants have

01:36been charged with physically assaulting children.
