00:15And two others, in the case of Grafts and Malversation,

00:18were included in the priority development assistance fund or PDAF SCAM.

00:22In the decision, the Anti-Graft Court said

00:25that the evidence of the prosecution did not prove that Napoles was guilty of the allegations against him.

00:31This is due to the illegal transfer of the P5M pork barrier fund of a congressman to an NGO.

00:38The two former officials of the National Livelihood Development Corporation or NLDC were also dismissed.

00:44But even if they were acquitted, Napoles will remain in prison

00:48because he was already convicted of plunder and other cases.
