00:00Assalamualaikum, this is the gate for repairing. It has an error of E5.
00:05I have many videos on E5 and F1.
00:10I am making this video because any fault is not due to one thing.
00:17There are many defects and faults due to many reasons.
00:21Now it has E5. Let's see why it is there.
00:23Always check the gate. These are our reactor wires.
00:27I have to connect it to the reactor. I don't have to direct it.
00:31Now I am going to give current. In series, current is always given.
00:39I have connected positive here.
00:41I have connected neutral here.
00:45Now I will give voltage to series.
00:48Now you have to see the series lamp.
00:50Its condition will clear everything for us.
00:53What is there and what is the problem.
00:55The lamp is on and it is on for a long time.
01:00Now it is off.
01:02It has told us that our fault is short circuit.
01:09It is short from DC circuit.
01:12It is short beyond PTC.
01:17We have found out that ZNR MOV is connected.
01:22These things are not short.
01:24If the lamp was on continuously, we would have found out that these things are short.
01:29Our front circuit is fine.
01:31Now we will do this.
01:33First of all, we will remove it.
01:39Its capacitor is not charged from here.
01:41Because if it was like this, then its capacitor had to be charged.
01:44Now I will open its heatsink.
01:46I will open the heatsink and see all its settings.
01:49What is short in it.
01:55We open all its heatsink.
01:57After opening all the screws completely, let's see what is short in it.
02:08Because one fault cannot be said that E5 has come, so it has to come.
02:15This is the thing.
02:16That's why I make a video for you again and again if any such main thing comes.
02:21So that you can see all these things continuously.
02:28I have removed all the screws.
02:31It is open.
02:32Now I will check all the things in it.
02:35Which things are short.
02:40I have put the meter on its buzzer and started checking what is short in it.
02:45First of all, I will see its IGBT.
02:48This is its IGBT.
02:52After this, I will check this.
02:54This is its short.
02:56See this thing.
02:57Its AC is also short.
03:00Now in this, I have started checking its IPM.
03:04Its IPM is not short.
03:05Its high side.
03:10See this.
03:11Its IPM is fine.
03:13Now in this, there is this thing.
03:15When I am checking this, its bridge is also short.
03:19Its IPM is also short.
03:21If these things are short, then I will cut it now.
03:27After cutting this.
03:28Whenever it has to be cut, I have cut its leg.
03:34Now after cutting the leg, I will separate it.
03:37I will separate it from the circuit like this.
03:39Okay.
03:40This will remain one and this will also be cut.
03:43After cutting this, I will separate it.
03:44See, I have separated two.
03:46I have separated one of it.
03:48Now I will check again with this.
03:50Now its AC short is not there.
03:56Now its AC short is not there.
03:58Yes, its full short is there.
04:01When such a heavy spike has come,
04:03then in this, now I will check this.
04:05Its main microprocessor is also checked.
04:08That somewhere this is also short.
04:14After doing 20k on this meter,
04:17then I will check this.
04:19See, this is also short.
04:21Okay.
04:22Meter is showing 0.0.
04:24This is also short.
04:25Now it means that its microprocessor is also short.
04:31And its bridge is also short.
04:35Its IGBT is also short.
04:37Now this kit is completely dead.
04:41There is no use of repairing this.
04:43See, kit is dead in E5 error.
04:46Okay.
04:47That's why I make a video and keep telling you.
04:52It is missing.
04:53All kinds.
04:54So that you know that if any error occurs,
04:58then it is not necessary that everything will be repaired according to every error.
05:03Okay.
05:04Now the problem is that it cannot be repaired now.
05:07In any case.
05:08Because the error of E5 will not be removed in this.
05:12Because how will it be removed?
05:13Our kit is dead.
05:14Its bridge is also broken.
05:18Its IGBT is also broken.
05:19Its microprocessor is also broken.
05:22All three things are broken.
05:23It means that IPM is saved.
05:25But the rest of the things.
05:26You can't necessarily say IPM is saved.
05:28If you check the low side of IPM,
05:30then we will also know this.
05:31But there is no need to check it.
05:33Because the kit cannot work for us now.
05:38If you like the video, then like and share.
05:41Goodbye.
