Photogs got Amber at LAX on Thursday and asked her about Trump pushing the conspiracy at the debate and on the campaign trail, even though officials in Ohio say it's nonsense.

00:03This was not just, and she said this, this was not a one-off her appearance at the Republican

00:08National Convention.

00:10She is really interested in the issues and she is paying attention and has continued

00:14to pay attention throughout the campaign season.

00:17So maybe not fully.

00:19She's paying attention.

00:20I guess the question is, to what?

00:21Is she paying attention to the right things?

00:23This is the discussion that, she was at LAX yesterday and a photographer went up to her

00:28and wanted to talk to her about knowing that she is a Trump supporter, asking her what

00:34she felt about people saying that Donald Trump and JD Vance are racist because of this.

00:39The cats and dogs.

00:40The cats and dogs being eaten in Springfield, Ohio by Haitian immigrants.

00:44Which is not true.

00:45Which is not true.

00:46And even they have backed off of saying it publicly as much because it has been shot

00:50down every time they bring it up.

00:53Here was Amber's reaction when this photographer tried to bring this up with her.

00:58That is not racist.

01:00When something is true, it's worth saying it online.

01:03It just so happens to be Haitians who are like, oh, that's racist.

01:06And if they're actually eating cats, how is that racist?

01:09Because that's people of their color.

01:11But because it's online, it doesn't make it true, right?

01:13I mean, anybody can post anything online.

01:15People have that argument, right?

01:16But if people are saying, hey, I had a cat and I saw my cat, my cat was dead, hanging

01:22from someone's house, right, then that is their, that makes them see their own cat.

01:26I know my own pets.

01:27I've never seen any proof and that's where I'm just, that's where I'm stuck here, you

01:31know?

01:32We never took any proof online, but love God for the day, pray to God every day.

01:39How do you even respond?

01:40Look, again, by the way, you should go to the website, it's a much longer clip.

01:45It went on, it actually got a little contentious at times, but yeah, I felt for the photographer

01:51because I was thinking he was trying to be gentle in what he said, but it just wasn't

01:56cutting through.

01:57I mean, this is not a political thing in terms of supporting one candidate or the other,

02:01but that's just not, it's not true about the cats and dogs, eating cats and dogs.

02:06And there's no proof of it.

02:08And she's saying, well, when she says, you haven't seen God either, but you got to believe

02:12in God, it's like, how does that align?

02:15Okay, that metaphor aside, I think there's something.

02:16Well, the metaphor is important.

02:18But there's something she said there that I think is really critical for the remainder

02:22of this campaign season.

02:24She is saying that she believes this because she's seen on social media that there are

02:29people who are saying things and you heard the photographer say, yeah, but they're just

02:34saying it.

02:35There's no proof of this.

02:36And if you're just going to believe everything that you read online and not actually dig

02:42into where it's coming from and find some actual proof.

02:45I think she's digging in because she doesn't want to say Trump and Vance were wrong.

02:51And if you know, it's really interesting because I do watch cable news and they have even on

02:57like CNN.

02:58Well, not an MSNBC because they don't have Republicans on it, but on CNN, they do have

03:04some Republicans on and they break with Trump on certain issues, even if they support it.

03:10Right.

03:11And it makes them more effective.

03:12I think the problem here is that this is and and it actually is is hurt the Republicans

03:18because it's allowed the Democrats to say, hey, that's not true, specifically talking

03:22about the cats and dogs.

03:23There is an actual issue that is happening in Springfield and a lot of other immigration.

03:28Exactly.

03:29That you have you have taken, you know, tens of thousands of people from a different country

03:33and dropped them into one place.

03:35And that has had real world impact.

03:37So I think the Republicans here and Donald Trump did a disservice in in making this just

03:43about the cats and dogs because it's allowed the Democrats to say, hey, that's not true.

03:47That's right.

03:48There's a real issue here and should have attention paid to it.

03:51But it's not the cats and the dogs here from Georgia.

03:55When Amaral speaks, honestly, my ears close.

03:58I don't see how you could say something so strongly with zero proof.

04:03She wants people to do research when it's clear that she hasn't done any herself, because

04:07the question she asks, she can Google and see that she's wrong.

04:12And she can also see why the rhetoric is racist.

04:15The problem is when you say people say, do your research.

04:18Well, some people think that research is scrolling through Instagram.

04:21Right.

04:22And it's.

04:23And especially when it's devoid.

04:25I mean, sometimes sometimes Instagram can have.

04:28Sometimes it is accurate, but not here.

04:30But you've got to go somewhere else to independently confirm it.
