00:02In the price monitoring of the Department of Agriculture,

00:05the price of eggs has increased by 40 centimers to one peso

00:09this week compared to the month of August.

00:11Meanwhile, according to the Philippine Egg Board Association,

00:14this upcoming holiday season,

00:16the demand and price of eggs are expected to increase

00:19because the production of some poultry producers decreased

00:22last summer when there was an oversupply.

00:25And now, the new season has affected the health of the chickens.
