00:21This is actually a thicker wood fire than I've seen, which folds well.

00:28So, uh, the actual name of the place is the wood fire pizza company, very simple.

00:38What made you guys start it?

00:39Divorce.

00:40Yeah.

00:41We both went through a divorce.

00:42Yeah.

00:43And I was tired of doing the nine to five thing.

00:46So we originally, I had a front build oven, 6,300 pounds out of California, brought it

00:51here.

00:52You're not divorced.

00:53No.

00:54We divorced, met each other.

00:55Yeah, that's correct.

00:56All right.

00:57Oh, that's actually a great undercarriage.

00:59I was better than what I was expecting for wood fire.

01:02So a lot of pressure here for the divorcee reunited couple here.

01:07We got a gift for Miss Peaches today.

01:11A lot of people don't realize what you guys did early in the COVID with raising so much

01:50Far more crisp than I thought it was going to get there, which is great.

01:53That's really good.

01:56With spices or something in there.

01:58What am I tasting?

01:59We make our own sauce and everything.

02:07Way better than I was expecting.

02:08I thought I was going to have to juice them with a fake knife score because of all the

02:11stories.

02:12It doesn't taste totally like wood fire to me and I mean that as a compliment.

02:17Usually I think thin, floppy wood fire.

02:20This has a little puff to it, but good crisp.

02:22I mean, look at the undercarriage there.

02:24That's good.

02:32I give these guys a legitimate 7.6.

02:42This is an honest, if I was in New York, score, I think it's the best pizza I've had around

02:46here by a mile.

03:22So the first year, your flight got canceled?

03:29So we were at an event about an hour and a half away.

03:33We drove here.

03:34We called the police chief.

03:35We set up outside.

03:37Travis Clark had fighters here.

03:39The police let us in on the ringside.

03:43So then last year, we were set up out here for an event.

03:47We had to leave because we had another event in the U.S.

03:50We walked around and didn't even carl it because we weren't there.

03:53So we were like, this year?

03:56Right it all.
