Josh Flagg isn't sold on Diddy's current listing for his Los Angeles-area home ... noting the mansion has a number of hurdles to overcome -- especially after the recent "Freak Offs" allegations.

00:11Do you think that this will lessen or up the value of his house knowing what we know?

00:15I'm pretty sure that that's not going to increase the value of his home.

00:18Why? Well, will it lessen it?

00:22I think that the mark is challenging enough as it is already.

00:26I think that that's the last thing that somebody wants to get involved with.

00:29But if it's a good deal, someone will buy the house.

00:33Should he lower the price?

00:35Yes. That's step number one.

00:37And step number two is whoever is marketing it should keep his name as far away as possible.

00:43What price do you think it should be set at this point?

00:46What are they at now?

00:47$61 million?

00:49Probably $50 million.

00:57Do you think that what happened in the house lessens the neighborhood value in Holmby Hills?
