00:16new figures show that 9.3 million people visited Dudley in the year up until April 2023 that's an

00:2511.5 percent increase on the previous year to that end the village hotel in the town has just

00:34announced it is proposals to build an extra building 39 new bedrooms at the venue and

00:42council leader Patrick Harley believes there's no reason why the area cannot attract up to 10

00:50million new visitors every year with attractions such as Dudley zoo and castle the black country

00:58living museum the Dudley canal trust and indeed this stunning 14th century priory behind me
