00:00Going into this project, did you think that it was going to become the absolute hit that it's become?

00:06Especially with this beautiful LGBTQ story that not everybody is ready to see on television.

00:13Oh yeah, I mean Amazon is in how many different countries around the world

00:16and knowing that in some of those countries it's illegal to be queer there.

00:20So knowing that and knowing that it's permeated those walls is pretty incredible.

00:24But no, I had no idea that the wild ride I was about to go on the past year,

00:29I got to go to the Oscars, the Golden Globes, be a SAG ambassador.

00:32Now I got nominated for Best TV Movie for the Emmys.

00:35So I'm stoked. I'm going to get a sequel and then I have projects in the works that I can't talk about yet.

00:39But I'm just overjoyed and stoked to be here.

00:42Wait, we're not moving right past that sequel conversation yet.

00:45Really quick to close up, what can you tease?

00:47Where are you guys at? Is there a script? Are you about to go in production?

00:50I saw it on IMDb, it just says treatment. So that's all I know.

00:53Anything that you want to see to happen?

00:55I just think the characters, we just got a real small slice of what these two guys can do independently.

01:02And so we can see what now they can do together is really exciting and where he goes in his political career.
