00:00What happened to a whole family in Bulacan, Bulacan happened all of a sudden.

00:07Because they were burned together as a minority of 7 years old.

00:13The three victims were almost unrecognizable because of the intense burning of their bodies.

00:20There was a hole where the victims were found.

00:24They tried to get out of their burning house but the fire was too strong.

00:30We couldn't believe it because we were so far away.

00:35We were in Alocan, Manila.

00:37It was so hard, so painful.

00:42You don't know if it's true or not.

00:49In this video, you can see the intense fire that hit the house of the victims.

00:55But when the family was about to leave,

00:57a few steps away, there was a fire station near the burned house.

01:03But it didn't respond immediately.

01:05The people who saw it said that there was a lack of supply.

01:13The fireman was only there for 5 minutes.

01:19He said that there was a lack of water.

01:22The water was only half.

01:23So they left.

01:24They were already burned.

01:26One of the people who saw the fire was the left-over e-bike.

01:31In front of the house of the victims, there was an e-bike shop that was also burned.

01:37And the family of the victim believed that the fire started there.

01:41And because it was in Bungad, the family of the victim didn't leave the house.

01:47A few steps away from the door of the house.

01:50The whole family saw what happened.

02:20We tried to get the fire station near the house of the victims.

02:25But no one agreed to face us.

02:28According to the residents of the area,

02:30they were told by the firefighters that there was a lack of water

02:34because only half of their truck was filled.

02:37According to the BFP,

02:39the fire in the area is worth almost a million pesos.

02:43For now, the three victims have escaped

02:46and the family is calling for a thorough investigation into the tragedy.
