00:00We have an update on the Senate hearing in Pogo and again, Desmis Bambantar-Lac, Mayor Alice Guo. We have a report on the spot with Mav Gonzalez. Mav.
00:10Connie, in the Senate hearing of the Women's Committee earlier, Mayor Lizeldo Calugay denied that they have a relationship with suspended Bambantar-Lac Mayor Alice Guo.
00:23Despite this, senators presented images of couple shirts, two of them attended the victory party of one another and wore campaign shirts.
00:33It was also shown that Mayor Calugay gave flowers to Mayor Alice on Valentine's Day. But Mayor Calugay's explanation is that he gives a lot of flowers on Valentine's Day.
00:46Mayor Calugay also denied that they have business partners. The Senate is investigating the businesses whose names seem to be combined, just like Alice's.
00:59Construction materials were shown to the pig farm of Guo's family, named after Mayor Calugay. Calugay's explanation is that their family business is construction supplies.
01:11Guo called him to ask where he can buy cheap supplies. Guo doesn't know the store, that's why the receipt was named after him.
01:19Senator Rizal Ontiveros said that he received information that in a property owned by Mayor Calugay, Happy Penguin Resort, Guo hid before escaping out of the Philippines.
01:31Alice Guo's counter-affidavit, which was notarized, was also mentioned earlier, even though she's no longer in the Philippines.
01:37According to Guo's secretary, Kat Salazar, Guo called to give instructions to her, including helping the notary to find the executive assistant of Mayor Calugay.
01:50The story of Kat Salazar is that Guo got a brown envelope with a signed signature page in her house in Bamban, Tarlac. It's just one page.
01:59Guo's staff didn't know if she's still in the Philippines and they're not in a position to ask.
02:05Guo said that she signed that signature page, the one-page one, before she left the Philippines on the first week of July.
02:13She refused to say who prepared the signature page, but the lawyer was the one who prepared the other pages of the affidavit and attached the signature page for the notary.
02:25Guo's lawyer said that they weren't personally in front of Alice when they were preparing the counter-affidavit.
02:31Guo said that she has death threats and they can only talk on the cell phone. That's why they don't know if she's already in the Philippines or where she is.
02:41But Senator Win Gatsalian is not convinced that the lawyers don't know that Alice is already leaving the Philippines because someone prepared the signature page.
02:50Senator Gatsalian added that the notary, Atty. Elmer Galicia, should also be charged because Guo signed the counter-affidavit even though he didn't see it.
03:00Earlier, he refused to give a statement to Atty. Galicia. He said he's invoking his right against self-incrimination.
03:07Here is the part of the hearing earlier.
03:11Has the affidavit been prepared?
03:16Yes, partially. Something has already been finished.
03:20But the case hasn't been filed yet. You left on the first week of July.
03:24July first week, yes.
03:26But the case hasn't been filed yet.
03:28I signed the last page before I left, Your Honor.
03:33Did you read the counter-affidavit?
03:35Regarding the question, I invoked my right.
03:41As of now, the flood continues until 2 p.m.
03:45The issue now is how the group of Mayor Alice left the Philippines.

05:31Here is the breaking news.
05:35The authorities found several motorcycle riders who passed through EDSA Busway
05:39at the foot of St. Olan Flyover.
05:41One of them is a rider who only has a student permit.
05:44He has no license.
05:46The other rider is in a hurry to go to work so he entered the busway.
05:51Ambulances also inspected him.
05:53It is prohibited to pass through there without a driver's license.
05:57The evacuation centers are running out of space for those who were burned in Tondo, Manila this weekend.
06:05Almost 2,000 families or more than 8,000 residents are currently staying there.
06:11Some residents even returned to their burned houses to look for something to save.
06:17Meanwhile, classes in Vicente Lim Elementary School, which was temporarily used as an evacuation center,
06:22are suspended until today.
06:27Here is the GMA Regional TV News.
06:33Some parts of Boracay Island were flooded in Malay Aklan.

06:47Residents in several places in the town are being evacuated because of the flood.
06:53On the other hand, the number of tourists is still increasing.
07:035 out of 18 cases of MPAX have been reported in our country.
07:08According to the Department of Health, no symptoms were shown in their close contacts,
07:13even though there is no epidemiological link.
07:17It means that as long as the patient is isolated, the virus does not spread.
07:22Only two MPAX virus strains, or the mild form of MPAX, are infected in all patients in the Philippines.
07:28According to the Department of Health, the Food and Drug Administration in the Philippines
07:33has not yet approved an MPAX vaccine.
07:36They will investigate the case of people who received an MPAX vaccine in a spa in Metro Manila.
07:44For fur parents, it's really good luck if the pet behaves well.
07:48But if you compare a dog from Bacor, Cavite, who is always at the table?
07:53Is it true? Why is that?
08:01There, the fur baby, Yuki, who is always at the table.
08:05According to her fur parent, Aryan, she doesn't know how to jump.
08:10Because of fear, Yuki doesn't have a tail, which is usually unsteady.
08:15It's a helpful strategy if Aryan is busy with house chores or her business.
08:21They put Yuki down there when it signals for the call of nature.
08:27In the 1 million views online, it seems that many are relieved.
08:30Because of that, Yuki, you are...
