00:10Connie, in the Senate hearing of the Women's Committee earlier, Mayor Lizeldo Calugay denied that they have a relationship with suspended Bambantar-Lac Mayor Alice Guo.

00:23Despite this, senators presented images of couple shirts, two of them attended the victory party of one another and wore campaign shirts.

00:33It was also shown that Mayor Calugay gave flowers to Mayor Alice on Valentine's Day. But Mayor Calugay's explanation is that he gives a lot of flowers on Valentine's Day.

01:59Guo's staff didn't know if she's still in the Philippines and they're not in a position to ask.

02:05Guo said that she signed that signature page, the one-page one, before she left the Philippines on the first week of July.

02:13She refused to say who prepared the signature page, but the lawyer was the one who prepared the other pages of the affidavit and attached the signature page for the notary.

02:25Guo's lawyer said that they weren't personally in front of Alice when they were preparing the counter-affidavit.

02:31Guo said that she has death threats and they can only talk on the cell phone. That's why they don't know if she's already in the Philippines or where she is.

02:41But Senator Win Gatsalian is not convinced that the lawyers don't know that Alice is already leaving the Philippines because someone prepared the signature page.

02:50Senator Gatsalian added that the notary, Atty. Elmer Galicia, should also be charged because Guo signed the counter-affidavit even though he didn't see it.

03:00Earlier, he refused to give a statement to Atty. Galicia. He said he's invoking his right against self-incrimination.
