00:45So it's interesting to see the way that Sandy manages a team or decisions that she makes

00:52and thinking about whether you, Jason, would sort of make the same calls.

00:58I'm not going to come up with like super duper specific examples.

01:02But for instance, like Sandy sided with a chef who

01:10didn't get up late at night to make snacks for guests.

01:12Like, would you agree with a chief stew or a chef in that scenario?

01:18Or would you discipline them and say,

01:20the guest is number one, you do whatever and whenever they need you?

01:52where he can easily adjust to what's going on.
