Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder Apollo C. Quiboloy will remain detained at the Custodial Center of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Camp Crame, Quezon City, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said on Friday, Sept. 13.
