West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday, September 12, offered her resignation after the proposed talks with the agitating doctors over the RG Kar Hospital rape-murder case could not begin. A delegation of the protesting junior doctors refused to join the talks unless their demand for live streaming of the meeting was met.
