00:00The ultimate expression of freedom is choice.

00:02The choice to wear or not wear clothes is a personal choice,

00:06one that is being restricted all over the world,

00:09as our freedoms are slowly whittled away by successive oppressive society leaders.

00:15In New Zealand, we have no law that expressly prohibits the naked human form,

00:20and as such, people have the freedom to bathe naked at a beach,

00:24or be naked at any other public place,

00:27as long as the intention is not to upset or cause distress to another person.

00:32Unfortunately, around the world, there are societies that are more oppressive

00:36when it comes to the naked human form,

00:38societies that require people to cover their body in garments

00:42that may hide even the smallest visage of flesh.

00:45We encourage people around the world to believe in themselves

00:49and pursue freedom from this oppression.

00:51Nudity, naturism, and nudism is the ultimate form of freedom.

00:56It sends a clear message that you are the sovereign of your body,

01:00the ruler, the president, and the monarch in your own life.

01:04So, be naked, be nude, be free.
