00:09Why can't he just take the money and move on?

00:12And you know, he got what he wanted.

00:14Why kind of continue to have this tie with her?

00:20Once again, the truth wasn't told in that one.

00:22I'll clear the truth up now.

00:25She wanted to not pay him the full amount.

00:28It was, I believe, a small down payment and then and then a monthly installments, which

00:34he was not going to do.

00:35He doesn't want to have to get a monthly installment from his ex.

00:39And then the non disparagement clause that everyone's balking at.

00:44Why didn't he just sign that?

00:45He's not going to put a muzzle on his himself when she's been disparaging him for four years

00:50and he just wants to be able to speak the truth.

00:53That's number one.

00:54Number two, what a lot of people don't consider is we've been filming at this point for three

00:58or four months.

01:00And by the time the show airs, it would have been another seven or eight months.

01:03So any new lies that she would have wanted to concoct or bring out, he would have had

01:08a muzzle and never been able to speak the truth.

01:11So there's a lot more to it.

01:13And that's just one more to add to it.

01:17You know, he he would very willingly just take the money and go.

01:21And he tried.

01:22And another point I want to make about this is everyone's questioning the timing of the

01:27lawsuit.

01:28And isn't that convenient?

01:29Right.

01:30He had two days.

01:31She knew that he wanted his money back.

01:33She had he had John had two days before the stipulation, the statute of limitations, limitations

01:41was going to expire.

01:42And then he wouldn't have ever been able to get his money back.

01:45So I mean, and the other part that really is frustrating is everyone's like, just walk

01:50away.

01:51Like any wealthy person that's going to walk away from seventy five thousand dollars.

01:55Like if they if there is that person, I'd love to shake their hand because I wouldn't.

01:59You know, they both said she said she spent money for the whole the whole relationship.

02:04That's not true either.

02:05That's going to come out like like he's not going to spend as much money as he did on

02:09her and then also let seventy five thousand dollars go away when she has defamed him for

02:13the last four years.

02:14So, I mean, and I'm going to stand by my man and I had nothing to do with the lawsuit.

02:19OK, let's make that very clear.

02:21What will it take for this lawsuit to kind of go away?

02:23Because like you said, we're like seven months later now.

02:26Just pay the money.

02:27OK.

02:28Pay the money she owes him.
