00:00Hi guys and welcome to DriveSpark, I'm Prameet and this is the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

00:07And this is an exclusive walkaround that we have got. So let me quickly show this vehicle to you

00:14and in the meanwhile, I'll be telling you what all do you get with this vehicle,

00:18what all has changed in this vehicle because a lot of features have been added,

00:23a lot of features have gone also, I mean the old ones and new ones have been replaced by those.

00:29So, starting off with the front end, the very first thing you will see that a ton of chrome

00:34on this car that is all around the grille, you also have the three-point star all over the grille,

00:40front-facing camera, obviously you have a camera there, you have at least one, two, three, four,

00:46five, six, you have a total of six cameras in the car and I will tell you, so four cameras are for

00:52the 360 degree, one camera is right there for the ADAS features and one camera is on the inside,

00:57that's a new feature that has been added and I will be showing you that very soon.

01:02So, again chrome on the lower part, you get the pointed star but these are again finished in the

01:10piano black, this is finished in chrome, you get LED high performance as you can see over here,

01:16LED high performance headlights, full LED cluster and you get some elements inside the

01:22headlights that look really awesome, you get the DRLs over here, Mercedes logo, Hudson line,

01:28look really really sharp, the creases are very distinctive. Moving on to the side, you get these

01:3518-inch five-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels, obviously looks fantastic and the tyre profile

01:42on this is 225 55 R18 and you obviously, you can see that you have the Mercedes-Benz logo and this

01:51is the tyre profile.

01:56So, you can see again chrome continuing all over since this is a luxury variant, so you can find a

02:04lot of chrome, you have flush door handles that come out when you swipe it, you have a Mercedes-Benz

02:10logo over here, you have chrome all around. On top, you can see you get a dual pane panoramic sunroof

02:22and when you move to the back, you will see and let me, if I can just unlock the car once,

02:31that's the key for the new E-Class and when I unlock it, you can see that the indicators have

02:38moved down over here and inside the taillight, you get this pointed star kind of element that

02:47really really looks nice. So, moving to the rear section, you get an E200 badging over here, again

02:56chrome is all around on the wrapped around taillights as well and you can see you get

03:06chrome on the lower part of the bumper. Now, to open the boot, that's a massive boot that you get

03:15and that's your spare wheel with your tools and obviously to close the boot, you just need to

03:21press this and the boot will shut. You have your E200 logo over here, this E200 means that this

03:27is the petrol variant, obviously there are two variants petrol and diesel and now let's move on

03:33to the inside. So, when you move to the inside, that is how the interiors look like and the

03:41interiors are available in three colour options, one is black, one is brown and this is the beige

03:46one. However, you have the centre console and the dashboard that's only present in black but you

03:53have different colour options for the panels and the seat covers and everything. Seat memory for

04:00the driver and this is your controls for your mirrors, for your seats and lock and unlock the

04:06car. You have a Burmester sound system with 17 speakers all around, you have speakers within the

04:12seat on the headrest for better call enhancement and to get that 4D feel when you're listening

04:22to your music. Soft closed doors on all four and let me switch on the car. So, there you go,

04:29the car switch is on. You have your super screen, this is not a hyper screen because this is not

04:35connected. So, I mean, it's the same thing. Let me just, okay, without profile, starting up. So,

04:46again, you get a screen over here, you get a 14-inch screen over here, this is a 12.3, that's

04:52a 14.4 and you get a full digital cluster over here and if I go to the AC menu, there's a very

04:58interesting feature you can read over here, this has got digital vent control. So, what that does

05:03is, you can see the AC vents over here. Now, if I press the head, you can see that the vent moves

05:13and goes up. If I press upper body, you can see that the vent moves down and this is your swing mode,

05:24is what I'm assuming because usually you put it in uniform and it comes back

05:30to the center. Now, this is a very interesting thing, this is a camera that is present in the

05:37car and you can take selfies and videos and this also helps in your face recognition when you are

05:45inside the car. So, what happens is that you usually notice that you have a sensor over here,

05:53a finger sensor where you set your profile and with your fingerprint, you can sit and

06:00just touch it and the car will just adjust to your profile, your seat settings, everything.

06:06But over here, you have this, so you can basically set your profile and this will read your face

06:10once you're in the car and you are good to go. Now, how does this work and how can you take

06:16selfies and all? So, what you do is, you go to the apps, then you have a camera option and as

06:22you can see over here, it is giving me a live feed. Hello. So, yeah, that's the camera and

06:30over here, you have records, you have your camera mode, you have a burst mode, then you have a

06:35gallery and then you have settings and obviously, this is a very clear camera. If I can just switch

06:40on the lights. Okay, yeah, so the lights are on but yeah, the camera is really, really clear as

06:45you can see over here and like this, you can just go back. So, that's the second screen. Again,

06:52you can use it completely. Seats are really comfortable. Well, this is your storage space,

07:01there's a wireless charger, there are two type-C sockets over here, keep your phone or your car

07:04key, cup holders. Now, what kind of a cup holder is this? So, when you push it, the cup holder

07:11swings and now you can keep your cup or your bottle over here. This is the steering wheel.

07:16So, you have a round steering wheel and it is completely wrapped in leather. You have 64

07:23choices for your ambient light that you see over here and ambient light is all over the car.

07:27Well, all the vents that you see in the front are adjustable. You do not get memory function for

07:34the passenger. Now, let's move to the rear section and over here and here you go,

07:44there you go, you have soft close doors and if you move to the rear section, you will

07:49again see, you have, first of all, you have electronic blinds, there you go, for the rear

07:56section and this is again your seat reclining feature. So, the seat can recline and you can

08:02have a very comfortable ride. So, that's your climate control. So, you have four-zone climate

08:09control, you have a small space over here where you can keep your phone or your wallet and that

08:14is pretty deep. Doesn't look like one but it goes all the way and that is how, okay, so that is how

08:26the third person, I mean four people are, I mean four people all in the car as in two at the rear

08:34seat but this is too narrow. One will not be comfortable as you can see over here. Ambient

08:39light is present all over and to flip this to a arm rest, there you go. So, when you open this,

08:47you have again storage space, this is a wireless charger, this is to keep your phone and that is

08:54your seat setting. Again, you have AC vents over here, over here and that is your dual-pin panoramic

09:01sunroof and to open this, you basically have, you can see over here, you have to slide and there you

09:07go. So, this is how the sunroof opens up and you can enjoy the view from here. Well, so this is the

09:17all-new E-Class, cabin is completely refreshed, it is new as you can see over here. For the driver,

09:24for the rear seats, it's absolutely fantastic, it's very comfortable over here. So, this new

09:29E-Class will be available in both petrol and diesel trim and if we talk about the power

09:37figures, so the petrol is a 2.0-litre petrol engine that pumps out around 201bhp of power

09:44and around 320nm of peak torque. Well, this also has an integrated starter generator and an overboost

09:52where you get 27bhp extra and that is only available on the petrol. The ISG is available

09:58on both petrol and diesel but the overboost mode is only available in the E200, that's the petrol

10:02version and that thing basically gives you an overboost of 27bhp and that can be used continuously

10:08until it reaches a certain temperature and then it needs to cool down. So, 201bhp, 320nm of peak

10:17torque and then on the diesel variant, you again have a 2.0-litre diesel and that pushes out around

10:23194bhp of power and around 440nm of peak torque and then you have the integrated starter generator

10:30on both. So, the integrated starter generator basically starts the car up really silently so,

10:36I mean, you will not be able to hear it at all. So, yeah guys, this was the all-new Mercedes-Benz

10:41E-Class and I hope I explained the car well to you. Well, we'll be driving this car very soon
