00:08I told you this, the one thing I wanted to see over the weekend was more than anything

00:13else was Matt Stafford to go back to Ford field and to long arm the lions, like just

00:22go in with a, you know, the long arm of the law, walking Paul, your guy with a nightstick

00:29with the two by four, go into Ford field and beat golf and the lions and Dan Campbell

00:34and everybody's favorite Superbowl bet.

00:36And that they're just the greatest team ever.

00:40And that they can't be denied the NFC championship in Superbowl after they choked it away last

00:45year.

00:46I'm sick of hearing about them, to be honest with you, they've never done anything ever.

00:49They have never done anything ever.

00:52That's all I know.

00:53And then, uh, he had them right where he wanted them.

00:56Like he had them right where he wanted them.

00:59They came back with two scores in the fourth, whatever it was, they were down, they came

01:03back, they took a lead, no less.

01:06And then they blew it.

01:07They let them go down and kick the tire and then they lose to him in overtime.

01:11Their defense in that overtime was pathetic.

01:15The defense was absolutely pathetic in overtime.

01:18Scotty, basically the deal here was the lions built a 17 to three lead early in the third

01:24quarter after the Jamison Williams who had a great game, by the way.

01:28Most great game he's really had with the lions, uh, 17 three Rams, get it, come all

01:32the way back, take the 20 to 17 lead.

01:35They let him go down the field to tie it.

01:37And you know what, Scotty, the Rams had a lot of opportunities in the first half where

01:41they didn't get points.

01:42You had Stafford throwing the pick in the end zone.

01:45You had a couple of other instances where they could have got points.

01:48They lost Buka shells, uh, in this game as well.

01:50So they didn't have, but cup was excellent in half number two.

01:54The problem is Stafford, uh, did not even see the ball in overtime because the lions

01:59got it first and they basically just ram David Montgomery right down to Ram's throat all

02:06the way to the goal line.

02:07And this is how it finished.

02:09Lions radio 97 won the ticket in Detroit, takes the snap turns, gives the Montgomery

02:13right side.

02:14Touchdown Detroit lions.

02:15This game is over.

02:16Pack it up, boys.

02:17We're going home.

02:18An opening night victory for the lions.

02:19They come from behind in the final minute and tie it.

02:20They take the ball in overtime and March 70 yards down the field and win it.

02:34Listen, I'll give the guy credit.

02:37At least he's got a energy, a call on a great game and overtime game and a big win for his

02:43team.

02:44Obviously, uh, I'm very cautious for him.

02:50No one needs to remind me who it is doing the game.

02:52I just, here's a foreshadowing for him.
