00:14The Philippine National Police confirmed that the former mayor was wearing a bulletproof vest and a posas when he was brought to the Senate for investigation, not for illegal shootings.
00:23According to PNP Spokesperson, Colonel Gene Fajardo, Guwo has enough escorts to go to the Senate.
00:30The former mayor has a warrant of arrest and has been cited in contempt for not attending the Senate hearing.
00:37The former mayor was also found out by the Bureau of Immigration that he did not go through immigration and illegal travel outside the country.

00:50In other news, the state of calamity has been deepened due to the flood in many of its barangays.
01:00According to Mayor Kevin Roy Macanlalay, there are currently 14 affected barangays.
01:06These include Barangay Lumbanga, Nalsiana, Poblacion East, Talibao, Gabona, Malabago, Doyong, Mancup, Longos, and Quezbana.
01:16Most of the barangays were affected by the flood from the Sinokalan River.
01:22The affected families were evacuated to the evacuation center.
