00:28This is very dismaying and unprofessional.

00:36Alice Goa, who are you really?

00:40We all know from the hearings conducted by this committee that you are not Filipino.

00:55It's all a lie that you spread here to the Senate and the public.

01:55According to her counter-affidavit submitted to the DOJ for her human trafficking case,

02:01which was submitted for resolution on August 6,

02:04it is not surprising that she became a notary on August 14 in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan,

02:12even though she is no longer in the country.

02:14She requested that the DOJ accept her counter-affidavit, even though the deadline is over.

02:22That is why her lawyers are still forcing Alice Go because there is a gap in her notary.

02:44This scoundrel should be punished.

02:51Thinking she outsmarted everyone when she fled the Philippines undetected,

02:56or rather with the help of civilians and potentially even those in government.

03:03And let me just state frustratingly that the Indonesian authorities did exactly

03:11what the Philippine authorities have failed to do in two months with regard to her arrest.

03:18But nevertheless, I would like to commend the DILG Secretary, Secretary Abalos,

03:25for a job well done and for successfully negotiating the return and bringing Alice Go back to our country.

03:33We would like to know who helped Alice Go and her associates

03:39to get the Philippines out of the wrong process.

04:02They were able to circumvent the constitutional prohibition of limiting foreign equity to 40%.

04:11They violated many laws.

04:14They deserve to be punished and we cannot let them get away with this.
