00:32be daring be bold be confident be playful have fun go forward and enjoy
00:40the journey and have some reach goals to stretch yourself to expand and grow and
00:47a multiplicity of ways professionally relationally socially physically
00:52mentally spiritually all of the above grow go and enjoy the journey stop
00:58looking at your past failures in the rearview mirror and beating yourself up
01:02be free from that we all make mistakes the best home run hitters they strike
01:06out the most typically in baseball the guys who are on the top 10 point scores
01:12in the NBA those guys make a lot of shots that they miss as well similarly
01:17any other sport you're gonna see quarterbacks who throw the most
01:21touchdowns they also throw a lot of interceptions so please be free to fail
01:26enjoy your failures rejoice over them learn from them and go forward with a
01:31childlike heart and a joyful heart don't take yourself too seriously and be about
01:36having fun and living your life wholeheartedly and enjoy the journey as
