00:21Islands really ought to move to being a technical college and that means our young can stay in the

00:27Highlands and make really fantastic money over the next decade. If you have studied a science,

00:34i.e. chemistry, mathematics, computing etc, your starting salary is £10,000 more than if you study

00:41humanities and arts. Now that really allows you to buy a home, have a great job, bring your family

00:47up here. For the first time in a very long time the Highlands can be a real draw for the young to

00:55stay and remain and want to work here.
