00:09In an order released Friday, September 6, CAPA's Tarlac Regional Trial Court Branch

00:14109 grants Sen. Risa Hontiveros' request to allow Guo to attend the probe.

00:19The Tarlac Court also orders the Philippine National Police to bring Guo to the Senate.

00:23She is currently detained at the PNP Custodial Center at Camp Kramer in Quezon City.

00:28Hontiveros earlier said Guo should have been brought to the Senate immediately after she

00:32was booked by the police.

00:39Besides graft, Guo faces three criminal complaints at the Justice Department for qualified human

00:44trafficking, tax evasion, and money laundering.
