The second album released by young Swedish singer/songwriter Monica Tornell called "Alrik" was released in 1973 and was similar in tones and style to the debut one. The album uses more or less the same set of musicians, but it was recorded with deeper running folk strains, and Tornell herself sounds a bit more grown artistically and a bit more confident, bringing in more songs written by herself.
