More migrants appear to be crossing the English Channel from Wimereux in France. At least 12 people died on Tuesday - including 10 women and girls - after a boat with dozens of people on it tore apart.

00:11to be more migrants crossing the channel from Wimereau

00:15in France today.

00:17We were hearing a little bit earlier

00:19from John Sparks, who is at the scene,

00:22saying the sea is perfectly calm today,

00:27and that he was expecting that potentially there

00:29would be further crossings, 12 people,

00:33including a pregnant woman and several children,

00:36perished yesterday.

00:38Reports that up to 70 people were

00:40on that inflatable, that dinghy, when that sunk yesterday.
